Open Docaro and tap the + button on the home screen. Enter your vehicle's make, model, year, and current mileage. That's it — your vehicle is ready. You can add multiple vehicles and switch between them at any time.

Tap the camera icon, point it at any receipt — paper or digital — and Docaro's AI will automatically extract the date, mileage, service type, and cost. The record is created instantly. You can edit any field before saving if something wasn't recognized correctly.

After scanning, all fields are editable before you save. Tap any field to correct it. For best results, make sure the receipt is well-lit, flat, and fully in frame. Very faded or handwritten receipts may need manual correction. You can also add records manually without scanning.

The free plan includes 1 vehicle and up to 10 service records with manual entry and basic history view. Docaro Pro adds unlimited vehicles, unlimited records, AI receipt scanning, smart reminders, PDF export, history transfer, and priority support — for $4.99/month or $29.99/year.

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). To cancel: open Settings → Subscriptions on your device and select Docaro. You can cancel at any time — your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Open the vehicle profile, tap Transfer History, and enter the new owner's email address. They'll receive an invitation to claim the full service history in their own Docaro account. The history transfer is a Pro feature.

Open a vehicle profile and tap Export PDF. You'll get a clean, formatted service report with all records, dates, mileage, and costs. Share it directly via email, AirDrop, or any other app. PDF export is available on Docaro Pro.

Your data is stored securely in the cloud and synced across your devices. We never sell your data to third parties and never share it without your explicit consent. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app settings.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account permanently removes all your vehicles, records, and personal data from our servers. This action cannot be undone. If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it before deleting your account.

When you log a service record, you can set a reminder by date (e.g. next oil change in 6 months) or by mileage (e.g. every 5,000 miles). Docaro will notify you in advance so you never miss a service. Reminders are a Pro feature and require notification permissions to be enabled on your device.
